US futures surge to record highs following green arrows around the world after Mario Draghi signaled that the ECB is ready to expand its asset purchasing with aggressive easing measures if inflation shows signs of staying too low. Positive news out of China with reports that the PBOC, China's central bank his ready to inject funds and signaled that it will provide liquidity support through multiple monetary policies when necessary. China cutting its lending rates for the first time in more than 2 years.

News out of Asia wasn't much better with PMI date out of Japan weak, and China data showing factory activity declined in November.
